摘要
为了研究灌浆套筒内壁剪力槽设置对钢筋灌浆套筒连接受力性能的影响,设计了具有不同分布以及不同数量剪力槽的钢套筒,并对灌浆套筒连接进行单向拉伸试验.结果表明:当套筒内壁剪力槽数量增加,或者从不均匀改成均匀布置后,连接中钢筋肋前灌浆料的应力变得均匀,并且最大应力有所降低,从而提高了连接的承载力;通过ABAQUS子模型分析技术,可以直观看到:钢筋灌浆套筒连接试件受拉时,钢筋横肋和套筒剪力槽凸台之间出现受压短柱,并且随着钢筋拉力增加,受压短柱范围逐步扩大,应力也逐步增大,从而有效抵抗钢筋的拔出力.研究结果可以为灌浆套筒设计制作提供参考.
In order to study the mechanical influence of the shear groove setting on the inner wall of the steel grouting sleeve connection,steel sleeves with different distributions and different numbers of shear grooves are designed.The uniaxial tensile test is carried out on the grouting sleeve connection.The results show that:when the number of shear grooves on the inner wall of the sleeve increases,or the uneven layout is changed to uniform layout,the stress of the grouting material in front of the reinforcement rib in the connection becomes uniform,and the maximum stress decreases,thus improving the bearing capacity of the connection.Through the ABAQUS sub-model analysis technology,it can be seen intuitively that:when the reinforcement grouting sleeve connection specimen is subjected to tension,a compression short column appears between the transverse rib of the reinforcement and the boss of the sleeve shear groove.With the increase of the reinforcement tension,the range of the compression short column gradually increase,and the stress gradually increase,so as to effectively resist the pulling force of the reinforcement.The results can provide reference for the design and manufacture of grouting sleeve.
