风储系统混合储能的功率分配与双层能量管理策略

摘要 为有效抑制风电功率波动,提出了基于自适应滑动平均算法与遗传算法-变分模态分解(GA-VMD)的混合储能功率分配策略.针对普通功率分配策略会造成混合储能深度充放电问题,提出了一种考虑混合储能荷电状态(SOC)的优化、协调调度的双层能量管理结构.在获得混合储能系统初级功率指令的基础上,优化层根据当前储能设备SOC修正初级充放电功率指令;协调调度层通过对比两种储能设备SOC的状态来合理选择储能设备进行功率调整.仿真结果表明,所提方法能够自适应地对风电功率进行分解,保证混合储能整体充放电能力,同时有效避免过充过放问题. In order to effectively suppress the fluctuation of wind power,a hybrid energy storage power allocation strategy based on adaptive moving average algorithm and genetic algorithm-variational modal decomposition(GA-VMD)is proposed.Aiming at the problem of deep charge and discharge of hybrid energy storage caused by common power distribution strategy,a two-layer energy management structure is proposed,which considers the optimal and coordinated scheduling of the state of charge(SOC)of hybrid energy storage.On the basis of obtaining the primary power command of the hybrid energy storage system,The primary charge and discharge power command is modified in the optimization layer according to the SOC of the current energy storage device.Meanwhile,the SOC states of the two energy storage devices are compared in the coordination and dispatch layer to reasonably select the energy storage device for power adjustment.The simulations show that the proposed method can adaptively decompose the wind power,ensure the overall charging and discharging capacity of the hybrid energy storage,and effectively avoid the problem of over-charging and over-discharging.
