带有换热器的吹除管路系统试验与仿真研究

摘要 为了对工程设计提供理论指导,分析了管路吹除系统各环节的换热机理,根据原螺旋管式换热器的试验数据,对AMESim软件建立的换热器模型进行修正和验证,结合管路吹除系统的试验数据建立整个吹除系统的数值计算模型,对带有换热器的管路吹除系统的换热特性进行优化设计。结果表明:换热器螺旋管的长度相同时可以使气体在换热器出口温度均匀,减小不同温度的气体混合带来的热损失。调节水温和增强吹除管路系统中管段的绝热性可以使吹除管路系统满足要求。 In order to provide theoretical guidance for engineering design,the coil heat exchanger is widely used in blowing pipeline system.The heat transfer mechanism of the blowing pipeline system is analyzed,the experimental data of the coil heat exchanger further verifies the heat exchanger calculation model simulated by the AMESim software.Combined with the test data of the blowing pipeline system,the numerical model of the whole blowing system is established,and the heat transfer characteristics of the blowing pipeline system with heat exchanger are optimized.The same length of the coiled tube inside the heat exchanger can make gas uniform temperature at the exit of the heat exchanger,which reduce the heat loss caused by the mixing of gases at different temperature.At the same time,the blowing pipeline system can be satisfied through adjusting the water temperature and enhancing the pipe insulation.
