新一代运载火箭陆海联运总体组织方案的创新实践

长征五号运载火箭由于其规模庞大,导致运输困难,成为中国首个必须采用陆海联运方式前往发射场的运载火箭。货物体积巨大、运输周期较长、横跨地域繁多以及安全要求高,成为制定运输实施方案的主要难题。面对这项问题,在多年论证的基础上,运用系统分析的方法发现问题、辨识瓶颈短线,拟定总体运输方案。在实践过程中,通过技术和管理的局部创新,实现了整体运输方案的大幅优化。长征五号为实现中国运载火箭的技术跨越而研制,应其需求而创建的火箭运输组织方案同样实现了从无到有、从新生到成熟的跨越。

The CZ-5 launch vehicle has become the first launch vehicle in China that must use a combination of land and ocean transportation to go to the launch site due to its large scale and difficult transportation.The main difficulty in formulating a transportation plan is that the large of cargo,the long of transported cycle,the complicated of regions and the safety of requirements.To solve this problem,on the basis of year of demonstration,the method of systematic analysis to seek problems is used,the bottlenecks are identified,and a possible transportation organization stratagem is formulated.In the process of practice,through the innovation of technology and management,the transportation organization stratage has been greatly optimized.The CZ-5 launch vehicle is developed to realize the technological innovation,and the launch vehicle transportation organization plan created in response to its needs also achies the leap from newborn to mature.
