新文科背景下公共管理类课程考核的优化与反思——以S高校“公共政策学”为分析样本 被引量:2

摘要 新文科建设背景之下,对公共管理类人才的培养提出了更加全面的要求。基于当前公共管理人才培养的实践,结合计算机思维,融合大数据、云计算、机器学习和人工智能等先进理论知识,并根据学生专业和现实需求来调整教学和考核方法无疑具有重要意义。新文科体现了多学科之间的交叉与融合,要求学科专业课程的教育提供更加完善的教育培养和考核模式。笔者以公共管理专业“公共政策学”课程考核结果为研究对象,通过对比反思,力求对当前在推进新文科建设背景之下的公共管理专业教学和考核的改革提供一些可以借鉴的思考。 New liberal arts present requirements more comprehensive to education for students of public administration courses.On the current basis of education of students of public administration courses,it is of great importance to adjust teaching and evaluation methods with computational thinking,big data,cloud computation,machine learning,AI and other advanced theories while taking into consideration major courses and reality of the students.The idea of new liberal arts means that a variety of disciplines interact and integrate,requiring that teaching of major courses of disciplines involved provide improvement in teaching and evaluation modes.Taking as research object the evaluation results of“Public Policy Studies”course of public administration majors,the author,through comparison and reflection,suggests some ideas as reference to the teaching and evaluation reform of major public administration courses under the background of promotion of new liberal arts.
