财务报销繁难问题分析及对策研究——以青海民族大学为例

Analysis and Countermeasures of Financial Reimbursement Problems——Take Qinghai Minzu University as an Example

在“放管服”政策引导下,财务部门以多种方式就财务报账问题进行梳理,在政策制度允许范围内去除“繁文缛节”,旨在加强财务管理,提高科研人员报账效能,“轻装上阵”地做课题、搞科研。本文就学校科研人员反映的报账繁难问题进行梳理、分析并提出对策,希望能够为学校科研人员在报账过程中遇到的问题提供解决参考方案。

Under the guidance of the policy of“delegating power,delegating power and improving services”,the financial department has sorted out the issue of financial accounting in various ways,and removed“red tape”within the scope of the policy system,aiming to strengthen financial management and improve the efficiency of scientific researchers’accounting.“Go into battle”to do projects and engage in scientific research.This paper sorts out,analyzes and puts forward countermeasures on the difficult problems of accounting reported by the school researchers,hoping to provide solutions for the problems encountered by the school researchers in the process of accounting.
