摘要
过程性考核是高校本科生教学评价的重要趋势。本文分析了过程性考核和过去的结果性考核的差异,从考核指标、考核方式、考核权重、考核手段、考核主体和考核时间等六个方面系统介绍了南京师范大学商学院“人力资源管理”课程的过程性考核体系,并分析了对高校本科生教学应用过程性考核的启示。本研究对过程性考核的推广具有一定的价值。
Process assessment is an important trend of undergraduate teaching evaluation in colleges and universities.This article analyzed the difference between process assessment and past result assessment,and systematically introduces the curriculum process assessment system of“Human Resource Management”of Business School of Nanjing Normal University from six aspects:assessment indicators,assessment methods,assessment weights,assessment methods,assessment subjects and assessment time,and analyzed its enlightenment on the application process assessment of undergraduate teaching in colleges and universities.This research has important value for the promotion of process assessment.
