Research on the Basic Characteristics of Qingdao’s Industrial Development

在新发展阶段,工业依然是青岛市经济发展的基石,青岛市工业发展呈现如下基本特征:从行业层面来看,形成以交通、航天、电气机械等为主的骨干行业,以及工业税收贡献最高的行业如汽车制造业、石油、煤炭及其他燃料加工业等优势行业,但这些行业的主导带动作用不够突出。从企业层面看,青岛工业发展主要依赖大型企业、国有及国有控股企业,经济效益有的欠缺。因此,培育本地企业为主导的全球价值链或区域价值链是高质量转型的关键。

In the new stage of development,industry is still the cornerstone of Qingdao’s economic development.The industrial development of Qingdao has the following basic characteristics:from the industry level,it has formed a backbone industry dominated by transportation,aerospace,electrical machinery,and other industries with the highest industrial tax contributions,such as automobile manufacturing,oil,coal and other fuel processing industries,but these industries have not played a prominent leading role.From the enterprise level,Qingdao’s industrial development mainly depends on large enterprises,state-owned and state-controlled enterprises,and some economic benefits are lacking.Therefore,cultivating a global value chain or regional value chain dominated by local enterprises is the key to high-quality transformation.
