摘要
考虑到在CATIA V6平台中,结构三维建模技术已较为成熟,但是碍于缺乏流程梳理及相应工具,结构三维校审工作较难开展,为此,根据总体所结构校审的内容和顺序,总结出一套基于三维结构模型的校审流程,开发了基于CAA架构的校审工具,某型船测试表明,该方法及相应的开发工具能够大幅降低使用门槛,减少校审人员的机械操作量,提升结构校审的效率。
In CATIA V6 platform,3-dimensional structure modeling technology is comparative mature,even so,the model review work is difficult to be carried out because of the lack of related methods and tools.In order to solve this problem,a 3-dimensional review method was summarized by coordinating the content and order for the design and research institute,and a set of review tools was developed.According to the test based on a type of ship model,this method had been proved to be able to lower the threshold for users,reduce the mechanical work of reviewers and improve the working efficiency.
