摘要
基于CATIA平台,根据箱柱的二维出图及有限元计算特点,提出一种箱柱的三维设计体系,采用CAD/CAE/CAM一体化的设计思路,通过CATIA中的知识工程的二次开发,用户自定义特征模板的复用、参数化建模等功能解决主要框架快速搭建、构件的快速建模、出图模型与有限元计算模型协同更新等难题,实际案例表明,该设计体系可行,可提升箱柱设计的效率与准确性。
A 3-dimensional design system of the container stanchion based on CATIA platform was proposed according to its drafting character and FEA characteristics.Using the design idea of CAD/CAE/CAM integration,EKL secondary development in CATIA,UDF model reusing,parametric modeling and other functions were utilized to solve technical problems such as skeleton frame quick establishment,constructional elements fast modeling,collaborative update between drafting and FE model.The practicability of this design system was verified by a practical example,which can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the container stanchion design.
