摘要
为使泰国湾平台拆除方案更为高效、可行,对比该项目与国内常规项目在设计理念和计算方法上的区别,对组块吊装采用模拟5个吊钩位置和5组吊绳的新算法;对组块运输分析中垫墩截面形式,进行精细化模拟;对组块装船固定所用筋板的强度,采用新的校核方法;对驳船稳性分析中驳船无法独自调载的问题,找到了对驳船一次性调载就能满足3种运输工况需求的解决方案;对浮吊船系泊分析需要计算90种工况,且每根锚缆卧底长度都要大于50 m的特殊要求,采用插值法计算,采用上述各项关键技术,顺利完成了项目的海上施工。
In order to make the removal scheme of the platform in the Gulf of Thailand more efficient and feasible,the design concept and calculation methods of this project were compared with those of the conventional projects in China.For lifting analysis,new calculation method by simulating 5 lifting hooks with 5 groups of slings was adopted.For skid-shoe sections in transportation analysis,accurate simulation was adopted.For strength assessment of the sea-fastening stiffener,new calculation method was adopted.Aiming at the problem that the barge can’t do load adjustments by itself,the solution that do load adjustment once can meet 3 transportation conditions was considered.For the special requirement of derrick mooring analysis that 90 conditions should be calculated and the in-earth length of every mooring line should exceed 50 m,interpolation method was adopted to save the project period.Using the above key technologies,the offshore construction design of the project has been successfully completed.
