摘要
基于肠道微生态探索健脾益肾、化湿泄浊法对慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)患者肠道菌群及其代谢的影响,旨在探讨降低患者尿毒症毒素水平,有效延缓血液透析治疗时间,保护残存肾功能,探寻中医药治疗CRF的科学内涵。
Through analyzing intestinal flora and spleen and stomach in CRF patients by TCM theory and modern medical theory,the paper explores the effects of invigorating spleen and benefiting kidney,resolving dampness and draining turbidity on intestinal flora and its metabolism in CRF patients,in order to decrease the levels of uremia toxin,effectively delay hemodialysis therapeutic time,protect residual renal function and seek scientific connotation of TCM therapy of CRF.
