现代企业管理理论背景下中国饲料企业管理机制创新研究

Research on management mechanism innovation of Chinese feed enterprises under the background of modern enterprise management theory

机制创新是企业改革取得成效的实质性要求,开展现代企业管理与管理机制创新对我国饲料企业管理水平发展具有重大意义。从饲料企业的实际情况看,部分中小饲料企业过于依赖传统技术,应加强原创性研究,不断推进现有创新成果的引进、转化、示范和推广。在本次研究中,从饲料企业的周期性、区域性及季节特点入手,分析企业管理机制创新对饲料行业的意义,针对我国饲料行业发展现状及存在的问题提出在企业管理中不断推动科技创新的实践对策。

Mechanism innovation is the essential requirement of enterprise reform.It is of great significance to carry out modern enterprise management and management mechanism innovation for the management level development of Chinese feed enterprises.Some feed enterprises present two tendencies of traditional dependence and passive gradual change in the internal mechanism reform,and have not really established an adaptive management competition mechanism.Firstly,the basic elements and operation mechanism of the management innovation mechanism are analyzed,and then the countermeasures and paths of the mechanism innovation of Chinese feed enterprises under modern enterprise management are put forward.
