摘要
矿井提升不但是矿山企业重要的作业单元,也是矿山的咽喉,而副井提升更是承担了人员、物资上下井的重要任务,对矿山的整个生产衔接起到了关键作用,因此对副井提升系统的管控化设计至关重要,它是矿山能否高效运作的基础。通过副井提升管控系统的设计和建设,矿山可以实现提升系统的在线监视与控制、作业轨迹和作业序列的数据分析与管理、关键设备的预维护监控,以及副井提升系统自动化,智能化的全集成管控运行。
Mine hoisting system is not only an important operation unit of mining enterprises,but also the throat of the mine.The auxiliary shaft hoisting has also undertaken the important tasks of loading and unloading personnel and materials,and plays a key role in the entire production connection of the mine.The management and control design of the lifting system is very important,and it is the basis for the efficient operation of the mine.Through the design and construction of the auxiliary shaft hoisting management and control system,the mine can realize the online monitoring and control of the hoisting system,the data analysis and management of the operation trajectory and operation sequence,the pre-maintenance monitoring of key equipment,and the automatic and intelligent control of the auxiliary shaft hoisting system.
