辽宁某多金属矿石铜硫混选试验研究

摘要 辽宁某矿业公司选矿厂处理复杂多金属铜锌矿石采用全优先浮选工艺流程,铜锌分选效果差,锌回收率低。通过实验研究采用铜硫混合浮选工艺,闭路试验获得工艺指标为:铜精矿含铜品位为22.49%,铜精矿含锌品位为2.51%,铜回收率91.82%;硫精矿含硫品位44.01%,回收率为69.00%;锌精矿含锌品位50.74%,锌回收率为76.11%。试验取得了较好的工艺指标,解决了铜锌互含问题。 The concentrator of a mining company in Liaoning adopts a full-priority flotation process to process complex polymetallic copper-zinc ore,which has poor copper-zinc separation effect and low zinc recovery rate.Through experimental research,coppersulfur mixed flotation process was adopted,and the process indicators obtained by closed-circuit test were:copper concentrate containing 22.49%copper,copper concentrate containing 2.51%zinc,copper recovery rate 91.82%;The sulfur concentrate was 44.01%sulfur graded and the recovery rate was 69.00%;Zinc concentrate is 50.74%zinc graded and zinc recovery is 76.11%.Good process indicators have been obtained,and the problem of copper and zinc mutual inclusion has been solved.
