即刻种植牙法与常规种植牙法治疗牙齿缺失的效果比较

Comparison of the effects of immediate dental implant and conventional dental implant in the treatment of tooth loss

目的比较即刻种植牙法与常规种植牙法治疗牙齿缺失的效果。方法选取我院收治的52例牙齿缺失患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各26例。对照组应用常规种植牙法治疗,观察组应用即刻种植牙法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的牙齿缺失修复治疗成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3、6个月后,两组的红色美学指数(PES)评分、种植体稳定性系数(ISQ)高于治疗1个月后,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的健康调查量表(SF-36)各维度评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗时间短于对照组,治疗满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的口腔健康相关生活质量(OHRQOL)评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)及龈沟出血指数(SBI)评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论即刻种植牙法治疗牙齿缺失的效果显著,可明显提高牙齿缺失修复治疗成功率、缩短治疗周期、改善生活质量,具有更高的稳定性、美观性。

Objective To compare the effect of immediate dental implant and conventional dental implant in the treatment of tooth loss.Methods Fifty-two patients with tooth loss admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment plans,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional dental implant,and the observation group was treated with immediate dental implant.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of tooth loss restoration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the Pink Esthetic Score(PES)score and implant stability quotient(ISQ)of both groups were higher than those at 1 month after treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of 36-Item Short-Form Health treatment Survey(SF-36)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the treatment satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Oral Health-Related Quality of Life(OHRQOL)score of both groups was lower than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gingval index(GI),plaque index(PLI)and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Immediate dental implant in the treatment of tooth loss has a significant effect,and it can significantly improve the success rate of tooth loss repair treatment,shorten the treatment period and improve quality of life,with higher stability and aesthetics.
