摘要
基于初期支护极限位移值,通过有限元模拟的方式探讨了隧道注浆加固的临界埋深:Ⅳ级围岩为230m、Ⅴ级围岩为240m。从位移场的角度模拟分析了三种注浆加固方案,所得结论为:Ⅳ级围岩里,230-280m的埋深下应使用1m加固厚度、 1/4加固范围的方案;Ⅴ级围岩里,240m-260m埋深下应使用1m加固厚度、 1/4加固范围的方案,260m-270m埋深下应使用1m加固厚度、1/2加固范围的方案,270m-280m埋深下应使用1m加固厚度、全部环向注浆加固范围的方案。
Based on the limit displacement value of initial support,the critical burial depth of grouting reinforcement of tunnel is discussed through finite element simulation:class Ⅳ surrounding rock is 230m,class Ⅴ surrounding rock is 240m.Three grouting reinforcement schemes are simulated and analyzed from the perspective of displacement field.The conclusions are as follows:in grade Ⅳ surrounding rock,1m reinforcement thickness and 1/4 reinforcement range should be used under the buried depth of 230-280m;In the Ⅴ-grade surrounding rock,1m reinforcement thickness and 1/4 reinforcement range should be used for240m-260m buried depth;1m reinforcement thickness and 1/2 reinforcement range should be used for260m-270m buried depth;1m reinforcement thickness and all annular grouting reinforcement range should be used for 270m-280m buried depth.
