“双高”背景下提升高职教师工作投入的对策分析

摘要 高职院校“双高建设”任务圆满完成的第一要务是广大教师的工作投入。本文基于对高职教师工作投入的现状与影响因素的关系进行分析,提出增强其工作投入的对策建议,以促进高职教育的高质量发展。 The first priority for the successful completion of the task of High-Level Colleges with HighLevel Majors in higher vocational colleges is the work input of the majority of teachers.Based on the anal-ysis of the relationship between the current situation and influencing factors of vocational teachers work en-gagement,it is put forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance their work engagement,so as to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
