下卧可溶岩建筑物沉降注浆控制技术研究

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,城市轨道交通工程建设在经济发达的城市中心普遍存在,由此引发的其周围建筑不均匀沉降变形也常见报道。文中以成都地铁18号线的某一个地铁车站工程为依托,分析了其近接建筑的异常沉降因素,开展了深层注浆试验分析,通过施工精细化控制和单裂隙浆液扩散规律的研究,研发了注浆抬升精细化控制技术,使施工区域注浆抬升控制达到设计要求的15mm以内,对类似地质的地下空间施工起到了参考和借鉴。 With the rapid development of economy in China,urban rail transit engineering construction is widespread in economically developed urban centers,and uneven settlement deformation of surrounding buildings caused is also commonly reported.Based on a certain subway station project of Chengdu Metro Line 18,deep grouting test analysis was carried out to study the abnormal settlement factors of its adjacent buildings.Through the research on the fine control of construction and the simplification of the single crack grout diffusion law,the paper developed the fine control technology of grouting lifting,which made the subway station grouting lifting control meet the design requirements within 15mm,providing the reference for similar geological underground space construction.
