摘要
为探究硬岩地层双模式TBM卡机与脱困技术,以青岛地铁八号线鞍山区间右线为研究对象,结合施工现场勘探及工程勘察报告,采用辅推油缸和定点爆破的方法,对双模式TBM在硬岩地质段卡机事故原因及脱困措施进行研究。研究结果表明,在辅推油缸的土里作用下设备整体向前位移累积11cm,TBM脱困失败;定点爆破的方法分为试爆、工作洞开挖、掌子面整体开挖、盾体上方整体开挖4个步骤。第8次爆破后向前空推爆破炸开的空洞2~3环。TBM推进正常,证明了该方案的可行性,研究结果可为类似双模式TBM在硬岩卡机脱困施工提供工程借鉴。
Taking the right line of Anshan section of Qingdao Metro Line 8 as the research object, the dual-mode TBM jamming and difficulty relief technology in hard rock stratum was explored. Combined with the construction site exploration and engineering investigation report, the causes of the dual-mode TBM jamming accident in hard rock geological section and the difficulty relief measures were studied by means of auxiliary oil cylinder and fixedpoint blasting. The research results show that under the action of the auxiliary thrust cylinder in the soil, the overall forward displacement of the equipment accumulates 11cm, and TBM escape fails. The fixed-point blasting method is divided into four steps, trial blasting, working tunnel excavation, overall excavation of the working face, and overall excavation above the shield. After the eighth blasting, 2~3 rings of cavities were blasted forward. The normal progress of TBM proves the feasibility of this scheme, and the research results may provide engineering reference for similar dual-mode TBM in the construction of hard rock jamming.
