可回收双止水对拉螺杆施工关键技术研究

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF RECYCLABLE PULL SCREWS WITH DOUBLE WATER-STOP STRIPS

我国正处于城市化进程及基础设施建设的高峰期,伴随着建筑行业的迅猛发展,在施工中不可避免地需要考虑其模板工程中拉螺杆孔的封堵和防渗漏问题,文中基于文献研究、试验研究及工程应用研究成果,研究和应用了一种可回收双止水对拉螺杆施工技术。经工程实际应用表明,技术具有施工质量优良、墙体防水效果好、减少人机料的浪费,施工速度快、节约工期、降低成本,外螺杆可拆卸回收、重复使用、节材环保等诸多优点,经济效益和社会效益显著。

China is in the peak period of urbanization and infrastructure construction.With the rapid development of the construction industry,it is inevitable to consider the plugging and anti-leakage problems of the pull screw holes in the formwork project.Based on the research results of literature research,experimental research,and engineering application,a recyclable double water-stopping pull screw construction technology was proposed.The practical application of the project shows that the technology is with excellent construction quality,good waterproof effect of the wall,reducing the waste of man-machine materials,fast construction speed,saving construction period,reducing cost,disassembly and recycling of the outer screw,reusable,material saving and environmental protection,and remarkable economic and social benefits.
