摘要
为节约悬臂现浇连续梁冬季施工混凝土养护工期和提高混凝土施工质量,基于工业控制技术和通讯技术研究悬臂现浇连续梁智能养护系统。通过预设现浇梁体混凝土养护温度区间控制养护模块根据环境温度情况自动运行,达到缩短混凝土养护周期,提高混凝土施工质量的目的。
To shorten the concrete curing period of cantilever cast-in-place continuous beam in winter and improve the concrete construction quality,the intelligent curing system of cantilever cast-in-place continuous beam is studied based on industrial control technology and communication technology.By presetting the curing temperature interval of cast-in-place beam concrete,the curing module is controlled to run automatically according to the environmental temperature,so as to shorten the curing period of concrete and improve the construction quality of concrete.
