摘要
目的:探究米诺环素联合红蓝光照射对玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月上海市第十人民医院崇明分院皮肤性病科收治的75例玫瑰痤疮患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为联合组(n=38)和常规组(n=37),常规组采用克林霉素凝胶治疗,联合组采用米诺环素联合红蓝光照射治疗。比较两组临床疗效、皮损积分、不良反应和复发率。结果:治疗2周后,两组临床总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4、6周后联合组临床总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗4、6周后两组皮损积分均下降(P<0.05),其中联合组低于常规组(P<0.05);随访1个月,两组总不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组复发率为2.63%,低于常规组的16.22%(P<0.05)。结论:米诺环素联合红蓝光照射较常规治疗能明显改善玫瑰痤疮患者临床症状,复发率低,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Minocycline combined with red and blue light phototherapy in rosacea.Methods:Seventy⁃five patients with rosacea admitted to Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital between January 2020 and December 2021 were included as study subjects,and were divided into a combination treatment group(n=38)and a conventional treatment group(n=37)according to random number table.The conventional treatment group was given Clindamycin gel,while the combination treatment group was given Minocycline combined with red and blue light phototherapy.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion score,adverse reactions and lesion recurrence in the two groups were compared.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in overall clinical response between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 and 6 weeks of treatment,the overall clinical response in the combination treatment group was higher than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The skin lesion score decreased in either group after 4 and 6 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and was even lower in the combination treatment group than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).At 1 month of follow⁃up,there was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate was 2.63%in the combination treatment group,which was lower than that in the conventional treatment group(16.22%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional treatment,Minocycline combined with red and blue light phototherapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of rosacea with a lower recurrence rate,and therefore is a safe and effective treatment for these patients.
