乡村振兴背景下四川革命老区乡村旅游精准扶贫路径研究

Research on the Precise Poverty Alleviation path of Rural Tourism in the Old Revolutionary Areas of Sichuan under the Background of Rural Revitalization

党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略,是全面建成小康社会与实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键环节对革命老区经济收益和促进贫困者脱贫等方面具有重大意义。但大力开展旅游扶贫时,由于缺乏针对性,一刀切的方式并未解决真正的贫困。因此,如何做到“扶真贫”和“真扶贫”的有机结合,本文对这些突出问题进行分析,并对扶贫路径进行优化。

The 19th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party put forward the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which is a key link in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,when vigorously carrying out tourism poverty alleviation,due to the lack of pertinence,a one-size-fits-all approach has not solved the real poverty.Therefore,how to achieve the organic combination of “true poverty alleviation” and “true poverty alleviation”,this paper analyzes these outstanding problems and optimizes the poverty alleviation path.
