乡村振兴战略下江苏省“农业合伙人”合作模式的构建

Construction of “Agricultural Partners” Cooperation Model in Jiangsu Province under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

本文从乡村振兴战略提出的背景入手,分析了江苏省农业创业现状,由外部政策导向和内部参与者两个方面罗列“农业合伙人”合作模式产生的条件。在总结典型企业的合伙制方式后,结合江苏农业实际情况提出“农业合伙人”合作模式、“农业合伙人”团队建设、“农业合伙人”合作机制,并给出保障江苏省“农业合伙人”合作模式的建议。

Starting from the background of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural entrepreneurship in Jiangsu Province,and lists the conditions for the “agricultural partner” cooperation model from the aspects of external policy orientation and internal participants.After summarizing the partnership system of typical enterprises,combined with the actual situation of Jiangsu agriculture,the “agricultural partner” cooperation model,“agricultural partner” team building,and “agricultural partner” cooperation mechanism are proposed,and the guarantee of “agricultural partner” in Jiangsu Province is given."Suggestions for a model of cooperation.
