基于产教融合的中职会计教学改革研究

Research on Accounting Teaching Reform of Secondary Vocational School Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

随着我国国民经济的快速发展和产业升级的不断加速,对会计专业人才的能力结构和专业素养提出了更高的要求。为适应人才市场对会计专业的新要求,中职院校应在产教融合理念的指导下,积极与各类企事业单位合作,充分挖掘双方资源,对会计专业教学进行改革,提高会计专业的人才培养质量。在对会计专业人才能力新要求分析的基础上,对中职会计专业教学中存在的问题进行分析,并对校企合作模式下中职会计专业教学改革进行研究,为会计专业人才培养提供新的探索。

With the rapid development of China's national economy and the continuous acceleration of industrial upgrading,accounting professionals'ability structure and professional quality has put forward higher requirements.In order to adapt to the new requirements of accounting specialty in the talent market,secondary vocational colleges should actively cooperate with all kinds of enterprises and institutions under the guidance of the idea of integrating industry and education,fully excavate the resources of both sides,reform the teaching of accounting specialty,and improve the quality of talent training of accounting specialty.On the basis of the analysis of the new requirements of accounting professional ability,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of accounting major in secondary vocational schools,and researches the teaching reform of accounting major in the school-enterprise cooperation mode,so as to provide new exploration for the training of accounting professional talents.
