《教师职业道德与专业发展》课程思政建设的探索与实践

摘要 课程思政建设是高等教育全面提高人才培养质量、实现立德树人这一根本任务的重要途径。本文以“教师职业道德与专业发展”课程为例,从课程思政设计理念、寻找课程思政主线、挖掘思政育人元素、如何融入思政元素等方面介绍开展课程思政建设的思路与经验,形成典型案例。课程建设过程中将“以德施教、以爱育人、知行合一”作为思政主线,融思政目标于教学全过程。结合课程特点和专题内容,通过典型案例、金句嵌入等形式,将习近平总书记关于师德师风的重要论述融入于课堂教学之中,让思政教育浸润心灵。 The ideological and political construction of curriculum is an important way for higher education to improve the quality of personnel training and realize the fundamental task of cultivating people and their morality.Taking the course"Teachers'Professional Ethics and Professional Development"as an example,this paper introduces the ideas and experiences of carrying out the ideological and political construction of the course and forming typical cases from the aspects of ideological and political design concept,finding the ideological and political main line of the course,mining the ideological and political education elements,and how to integrate the ideological and political elements.In the course of construction,"teaching by virtue,educating people with love,and integrating knowledge and practice"are taken as the main line of ideology and politics,and the goal of integrating ideology and politics is integrated in the whole teaching process.
