司法高职院校警察类专业学生实习管理的实践与思考——以江苏省司法警官高等职业学校刑事执行专业为例

Practice and Thinking of the Practice Management of the Students Majoring in the Police Specialty in Higher Judicial Colleges--Taking the Major of the Criminal Execution in Jiangsu Judicial Police Advanced Professional School as an Example

刑事执行专业学生岗位实习环节,在增进职业认同感、获取职业技能和提升岗位适应性过程中,发挥着至关重要的作用。近年来,司法高职院校高度重视学生岗位实习工作,通过对江苏省司法警官高等职业学校学生实习情况调查发现,其在形成协同机制、配备指导教师、严格纪律管理和购置意外保险等方面采取了切实措施,然而仍然存在着缺少岗位实习三方协议、实习考核机制不健全、指导教师缺乏专业性和时间安排不够科学等方面的不足,建议以教育部出台管理办法为契机,从加强顶层设计,制定实习行业标准;优化协同合作,切实履行三方协议;完善考核机制,增加实践操作占比;选派专业教师,提升实践指导实效;坚持统筹兼顾,科学调整实习时间;加强制度建设,推进校行合作机制等方面入手,进一步做细做实学生实习工作。

The post practice of students majoring in the criminal execution plays a vital role in enhancing the professional identity,acquiring the professional skills and improving the post adaptability.In recent years,The higher judicial colleges have attached great importance to the students'on-the-job internship.Through the investigation of the students'internship of the major of the criminal execution in Jiangsu Judicial Police Advanced Professional School,it is found that they have taken the practical measures in forming a coordination mechanism,equipping the instructors,strict the discipline management and purchasing the accident insurance.However,there are still some deficiencies,such as the lack of tripartite agreement for the on-the-job internship,the imperfect internship assessment mechanism,the lack of professionalism of the instructors and the unscientific time arrangement.It is suggested to take the management measures issued by the Ministry of education as an opportunity to strengthen the top-level design and formulate the internship industry standards;optimize the coordination and cooperation and earnestly implement the tripartite agreement;improve the assessment mechanism and increase the proportion of the practical operation;select the professional teachers to improve the effectiveness of practical guidance;adhere to the overall consideration and scientifically adjust the internship time;strengthen the system construction and promote the school-industry cooperation mechanism to do the student internship work in detail.
