仿生物电刺激联合康妇炎胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病致慢性盆腔痛患者的效果及对盆底肌力、盆腔疼痛程度、生活质量的影响

Effects of Biomimetic Electrical Stimulation Combined with Kangfuyan Capsule on Curative Effect,Pain Level,Pelvic Floor Muscle Strength and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Pelvic Pain Caused by Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨仿生物电刺激联合康妇炎胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病(PID)致慢性盆腔痛(CPP)患者的效果及对盆底肌力、盆腔疼痛程度、生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2022年3月收治的PID致CPP 163例,根据治疗方法不同将其分为观察组(82例)和对照组(81例)2组。观察组予仿生物电刺激联合康妇炎胶囊治疗,对照组予康妇炎胶囊治疗,均连续治疗8周。比较2组治疗后临床效果,治疗前后盆底肌力、盆腔疼痛程度和生活质量,以及治疗后随访3个月复发率和治疗期间不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组;盆底肌力2组均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组;视觉模拟评分法评分2组均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组;各维度生活质量综合评定问卷评分2组均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后随访3个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论仿生物电刺激联合康妇炎胶囊治疗PID致CPP患者临床效果显著,可促进盆底肌力恢复,缓解盆腔疼痛,提高生活质量,且复发率低,安全性好。

Objective To explore the effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with Kangfuyan capsule on chronic pelvic pain(CPP)caused by pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)and its impact on pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic pain degree and quality of life.Methods A total of 163 patients with CPP caused by PID treated from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(n=82)and control group(n=81)according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with Kangfuyan capsule,while the control group was treated with Kangfuyan capsule for 8 weeks.The clinical effect after treatment,pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic pain degree and quality of life before and after treatment,recurrence rate at 3-month follow-up and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Pelvic floor muscle strength was improved in both groups,and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and lower in the observation group than in the control group.The scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory of all dimensions in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).At 3-month follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with Kangfuyan Capsule has a significant clinical effect in treating CPP patients caused by PID,which can promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength,relieve pelvic pain and improve the quality of life,with low recurrence rate and good safety.
