混合痔术后患者血清CXCR4、IL-8、IL-22水平与创面愈合及疼痛程度的相关性

Correlation of Serum CXCR4,IL-8 and IL-22 Levels with Wound Healing and Pain in Patients after Surgery for Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的探讨混合痔术后患者血清CXC型趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、IL-22水平与创面愈合及疼痛程度的相关性。方法选取2019年9月—2020年3月收治的混合痔120例,均行手术治疗,根据术后创面愈合情况分为愈合组70例与未愈合组50例。比较2组血清CXCR4、IL-8、IL-22水平,以血清CXCR4、IL-8、IL-22均值为界,将120例分为高水平组与低水平组,比较不同血清CXCR4、IL-8、IL-22水平患者疼痛、水肿程度评分,分析血清CXCR4、IL-8、IL-22水平与疼痛、水肿及术后创面愈合情况的相关性,并评价其对术后创面愈合情况的预测价值。结果愈合组血清CXCR4、IL-8、IL-22水平均低于未愈合组(P<0.01)。血清CXCR4、IL-8、IL-22高水平患者疼痛、水肿程度评分均高于低水平患者(P<0.01)。混合痔术后患者血清CXCR4、IL-8、IL-22水平与疼痛、水肿程度呈正相关(P<0.01)。血清CXCR4、IL-8、IL-22与混合痔术后创面愈合情况相关(P<0.01)。血清CXCR4、IL-8、IL-22水平联合预测混合痔术后患者创面愈合情况的价值较高。结论血清CXCR4、IL-8、IL-22水平与混合痔术后患者疼痛程度呈正相关,联合检测对术后创面愈合情况预测价值较高。

Objective To explore the correlation of serum CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4),interleukin-8(IL-8)and IL-22 levels with wound healing and pain in patients after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in our hospital from September 2019 to March 2020 were selected and underwent surgical treatment.According to the postoperative wound healing,they were divided into a healing group(n=70)and a non-healing group(n=50).The serum levels of CXCR4,IL-8,and IL-22 between the two groups were compared.The mean values of serum CXCR4,IL-8,and IL-22 were used as the cut-off point,and 120 patients were divided into high-level group and low-level group.Pain and edema scores of patients with different levels of serum CXCR4,IL-8 and IL-22 were compared,and the correlation of serum CXCR4,IL-8 and IL-22 levels with pain,edema and postoperative wound healing was analyzed,and their predictive value for postoperative wound healing was evaluated.Results The serum levels of CXCR4,IL-8 and IL-22 in the healing group were lower than those in the non-healing group(P<0.01).The pain and edema scores of patients with high levels of serum CXCR4,IL-8 and IL-22 were higher than those of patients with low levels(P<0.01).Serum CXCR4,IL-8,IL-22 levels were positively correlated with pain and edema in patients after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids(P<0.01),and were associated with the wound healing of patients after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids(P<0.01).The combination of serum CXCR4,IL-8 and IL-22 levels in predicting wound healing of patients after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids is of high value.Conclusion The levels of serum CXCR4,IL-8 and IL-22 were positively correlated with the pain degree of patients after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids,and the combined detection had a high value in predicting postoperative wound healing.
