军工企业数字化转型驱动因素识别及实证分析

Identification and Empirical Analysis of the Driving Factors of Military Industry Digital Transformation

军工企业数字化转型走在前列,对引领我国企业数字化转型发挥重要作用。本文结合军工企业特点,采用“技术-组织-环境”(TOE)框架梳理军工企业数字化转型驱动因素,利用DEMATEL模型识别其中关键驱动因素,并基于A股上市军工企业数据开展实证检验。结果表明:技术水平、盈利能力、数据安全水平、行业竞争对军工企业数字化转型具有明显促进作用,在稳健性检验后该结论依旧成立,各因素对不同行业军工企业影响程度不同。为加快我国企业数字化转型进程,应加大军工行业开放力度,并对企业数字化转型进行专项支持,构建以军工企业为核心的数字生态,让军工企业充分发挥示范带动作用。

Digital transformation of Chinese military enterprise has a good development and plays an important role in leading the digital transformation of other enterprises.Understanding the driving factors of digital transformation of military enterprise can help government enacts effective policies.Therefore, based on the characteristics of Chinese military enterprise, this paper analyzes the driving factors of digital transformation of military enterprise using the“technology-organization-environment”(TOE)framework.Technology, organization size, profitability, data security, government support and market competition are identified as the key driving factors by using DEMATEL model.Then, these driving factors are empirical tested based on the data of A-share listed military enterprises.The result shows that: technology, profitability, data security and market competition have a significant positive affection on digital transformation of military enterprises.This result is confirmed by robustness test.The influence of driving factors on different military industries is different.In order to give full play of the driving role of military enterprises in digital transformation, it is necessary to further opening the military industry and offering more supports on digital transformation of enterprises.
