基于CT的可视化三维影像重建技术在腹腔镜肾部分切除手术中的临床应用研究

摘要 目的探究腹腔镜肾部分切除术配合CT可视化三维影像重建技术辅助治疗的临床应用价值。方法选择2017年1月—2021年12月在徐州医科大学附属宿迁医院接受腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗的患者62例,根据红绿小球随机抽签结果分为观察组(红球,31例)与对照组(绿球,31例)。对照组采取传统二维CT影像技术辅助治疗,观察组实施可视化三维CT影像重建技术辅助治疗。对比两组患者围术期各项临床指标,检测两组患者入院时及术后肾功能指标(血肌酐、尿素氮)恢复情况。结果观察组患者手术时间(112.15±10.12)min、肾动脉阻断时间(25.05±4.29)min、切除肿瘤时间(7.33±3.05)min均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.229、8.359、4.240,P<0.05)。两组患者术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者肾功能指标与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床实施腹腔镜肾部分切除术可配合可视化三维CT影像重建技术辅助治疗,便于更准确地了解患者病情,提供可靠影像学支持,倡导运用推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy with CT visualization three-dimensional image reconstruction technology assisted treatment.Methods 62 patients treated by laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in Suqian Hospital,Xuzhou Medical University from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected.According to the results of red and green small ball random drawing,they were divided into observation group(red ball,31 cases)and control group(green ball,31 cases).The control group was treated with the aid of traditional two-dimensional CT imaging technology,and the observation group implemented visualized three-dimensional CT imaging reconstruction technology.The perioperative clinical indexes of the patients in the two groups were compared.The recovery of renal function indexes(blood creatinine and urea nitrogen)at the time of admission and after surgery was detected between the two groups.Results The operating time(112.15±10.12)min,renal artery blocking time(25.05±4.29)min,and tumor removal time(7.33±3.05)min in the observation group were shorter than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.229,8.359,4.240,P<0.05).The intraoperative bleeding in the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the renal function indexes of patients between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical implementation of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy can be complemented by visualization of 3D CT image reconstruction technology,which can facilitate more accurate understanding of patient's condition and provide reliable imaging support,and is advocated to be used and promoted.
