摘要
目的研究数字化技术在口腔修复中的应用。方法选取2018年6月—2021年10月期间在安徽医科大学第二附属医院口腔科进行修复治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。研究组患者采用口腔数字化技术进行口腔修复,对照组患者则采用传统修复技术进行口腔修复。研究后期分别对两组患者口腔情况进行检查,并设计相关满意度问卷调查表进行统计。结果研究组出现食物嵌塞和边缘性龈炎的不良现象发生率为4.4%,低于对照组的17.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050,P<0.05);研究组患者咬合功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=33.686,P<0.05);研究组的色差发生率为2.2%,低于对照组的17.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05);研究组患者满意度为97.8%,高于对照组的77.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.839,P<0.05)。结论采用数字化技术对患者进行口腔修复,能减少修复后食物嵌塞,边缘性龈炎等不良情况的发生,咬合功能恢复良好,修复体颜色接近天然牙,患者满意度高。
Objective To study the application of digital technology in restorative dentistry.Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent restorative treatment in the Department of Stomatology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from June 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 45 cases in each groups.Patients in the study group underwent oral restoration using oral digital technology,while patients in the control group underwent oral restoration using traditional restorative technology.Later in the study,the oral conditions of the two groups of experimental patients were examined and the relevant satisfaction questionnaires were designed for statistical purposes.Results The incidence of adverse phenomena of food embolism and marginal gingivitis in the study group was 4.4%,lower than the incidence in the control group was 17.8%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.050,P<0.05).The occlusal function score of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=33.686,P<0.05).The incidence of chromatic aberration in the study group was 2.2%,which was lower than that in the control group was 17.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).The patient satisfaction rate of 97.8% in the study group was higher than 77.8% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.839,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of digital technology for oral prosthetics in patients can reduce the occurrence of post-prosthetic food embedding,marginal gingivitis and other undesirable conditions,good restoration of occlusal function,restoration color close to natural teeth,and high patient satisfaction.
