关节镜微创技术在膝骨关节骨创伤治疗中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Arthroscopic Minimally Invasive Technique in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的研究针对膝骨关节骨创伤的患者在治疗期间使用关节镜微创技术的效果。方法选择2019年5月—2021年5月枣庄市立医院骨科治疗的48例膝骨关节骨创伤患者为研究对象,将其依电脑随机抽取法分为对照组及研究组,每组24例。对照组给予传统开放式手术治疗;研究组采用关节镜微创技术协助手术治疗方案。对比两组患者的术中出血量、术中用时、切口长度、整体住院用时、治疗前后的疼痛测评值及疗效优良率。结果治疗前,两组患者的疼痛测评值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组疼痛测评值均降低,且研究组患者的疼痛测评值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.361,P<0.05);研究组患者的术中出血量、术中用时、切口长度、整体住院用时均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的疗效优良率(95.83%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.923,P<0.05)。结论关节镜微创技术在膝骨关节骨创伤治疗中应用,可以大幅度缩短手术开展的相关用时,术中患者的切口长度更短,耗血量更少,缩短了预后的康复用时及整体住院用时,疗效优良率更高。

Objective To study the effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive techniques during treatment for patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods From May 2019 to May 2021,48 patients with knee joint bone trauma treated in the Department of Orthopaedics,Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the computer random extraction method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional open surgical treatment;the study group was treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive technique assisted surgical treatment.The intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative time,incision length,overall hospitalization time,pain evaluation value before and after treatment and excellent and good rate of efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the pain evaluation values of the two groups decreased,and the pain evaluation values of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.361,P<0.05);the amount of intraoperative bleeding,intraoperative time,incision length and overall hospitalization time of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good efficacy rate of patients in the study group(95.83%)was higher than that in the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.923,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of arthroscopic minimally invasive technique in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can greatly shorten the related time of the operation,the incision length of the patient during the operation is shorter,the blood consumption is less,the recovery time and the overall hospitalization time are shortened,and the curative effect rate is higher.
