摘要
在煤气化过程中,煤中的氯元素会通过复杂的反应生成HCl、Cl_(2)和金属氯化物,对气化炉内的金属构件产生氯化腐蚀,且在炉渣下行的冲刷作用下对金属构件的服役性能产生一定程度的影响。目前,针对煤气化环境中的氯化腐蚀研究相对较少,且缺乏相应的腐蚀控制措施。基于近年来对合金材料的高温氯化腐蚀研究,对合金材料的高温氯化腐蚀机理、腐蚀影响因素及腐蚀控制措施进行了梳理,结合水煤浆(水冷壁)气化炉的工艺和结构特点进行了高温氯化腐蚀行为分析,并对未来的研究发展趋势进行了展望。
In the process of coal gasification,chlorine contained in coal becomes HCl,Cl_(2) and metal chlorides through complex reactions,causing chlorination corrosion on metal components inside the gasifier.Entrained in the downward scouring slag,it also exerts a certain degree of impact on the service performance of metal components.There are relatively few studies on chlorination corrosion in coal gasification,let alone corresponding corrosion control measures.Based on researches on high-temperature chlorination corrosion of alloy materials in recent years,the paper sorts out the mechanism behind high-temperature chlorination corrosion of alloy materials,factors affecting corrosion and corrosion control measures,together with an analysis of the high-temperature chlorination corrosion procedure in line with the process and structural characteristics of coal slurry(water wall)gasifier.It also envisages the future research and development trends in this field.
