This paper introduces the overview of isothermal CO shift device and the results of original commissioning&test run of Anhui Quansheng Chemical Co.,Ltd.It adopts the two-stage isothermal CO shift technology independently developed by Hunan Anchun High-tech Co.,Ltd.The design value of CO at the outlet of the isothermal CO shift device is 0.4%,which is not as good as the operation data.The corresponding economic benefits are obvious.Such summarized experience during commissioning&test run can provide useful reference for the operation of other isothermal CO shift devices.
