摘要
从机组的设计参数出发,采用理论和实际相结合的方式,对轴向推力的计算方法进行修正;通过优化压缩机结构,使现实运行情况贴近气动计算基本条件;改进推力轴承结构和加工方式,使机组能承受更大推力。通过上述的升级改进,有效地解决了此类超高压机组的轴向推力难点。
The paper improves the calculation method of axial thrust on the basis of the design parameters of the compressor,by integrating theory and practice.The compressor structure was optimized to bring the actual operation close to the basic conditions of pneumatic calculation.The thrust bearing structure and processing method was improved to enable the compressor withstand greater thrust.These upgrades and improvements effectively solved difficulties concerning the axial thrust of such ultra-high pressure compressors.
