摘要 要敏锐把握世界科技创新发展趋势,就要勇于推陈出新;模具是工业之母,在众多的模具加工工艺新技术中,增材制造是区别于传统减材制造的逆向思维,把增材制造引入模具行业是大势所趋。金属3D打印在模具加工工艺新技术的细分领域中如何能独树一帜,如何能上升为常态化使用的新型工艺技术,如何能补齐应用短板从而更好发挥新型工艺技术的独特优势,新型和传统相融共生,以此更好地把新技术得以精湛应用。本文就着重阐述增材制造如何赋能模塑智造成为新业态,取长补短全方位提升模具工业智造能力。 To keenly grasp the world's technological innovation trends,we must be brave to push the new ideas.Mold is the mother of industry,in many of the new technology of mold processing process,additive manufacturing is different from the traditional subtractive manufacturing reverse thinking,additive manufacturing into the mold industry is the general trend.Metal 3D printing in the mold processing technology in the new technology segment how to be unique,how to rise to the normal use of new technology,how to make up for the shortcomings of the application so as to better play the unique advantages of new technology.The new and the traditional are in symbiosis,so that the new technology can be better utilized.This paper focuses on how additive manufacturing can empower mold and plastic intelligence to become a new industry,taking the strengths and complementing the weaknesses to enhance the mold industry's intelligent manufacturing capabilities in all aspects.
