终炼胶自动化输送系统研究

摘要 根据双星集团提出的商用车胎工业4.0智能化工厂要求,我司研制了终炼胶自动输送系统。本系统与以前的工艺相比:可实现将密炼机生产出的终炼胶经开炼机压片后自动接取,可实现自动导胶与出料自动切换,整个过程实现全自动,无需人工干预或少人干预。整套系统实现省人化,品质标准化,提高操作安全系数,由人为干预炼胶过程转化为,对提高胶料品质的关注。 According to the requirements of Shuangxing Group for the commercial tire industry 4.0 intelligent chemical plant,our company has developed an automatic conveying system for finished compound.Compared with the previous process,this system can automatically take the finished compound produced by the internal mixer after being compressed by the open mill,and can realize automatic switching between automatic rubber guiding and discharging.The whole process is fully automatic,without manual intervention or less human intervention.The whole system saves manpower,improves the quality standard,improves the operating safety factor and pays more attention to the rubber quality.
