摘要 系统级别的验证对于副车架的受力在周边环境及载荷谱应用上,其还原度都比较高。本文着重分析了下控制臂及其对副车架的受载情况,设计台架试验,较为精确地复现了副车架受力,得出了耐久试验结果与CAE分析结果高度一致。结合CAE分析,并通过减少焊缝长度10 mm和预留20~30 mm空间的措施对焊缝结构失效进行优化。结果表明:优化后的结构未出现任何开裂失效现象,优化效果明显,验证了方案的可行性。 The system level verification shows that the stress of the subframe has a high degree of reduction in the surrounding environment and load spectrum application.The lower control arm and its load on the subframe were emphatically analyzed.The bench test was designed to accurately reproduce the force on the subframe.The durability test results are highly consistent with the CAE analysis results.Combined with CAE analysis,the weld structure failure was optimized by reducing the weld length by 10 mm and reserving 20~30 mm space.The results show that no crack failure phenomenon appears in the optimized structure,and the optimization effect is obvious,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme.
