摘要
针对柴油燃油箱的变形和吸瘪问题,从加油过程和行车过程两方面对柴油油箱的工作原理进行了阐述;结合理论和实例对柴油油箱负压补气功能进行了深度剖析,并通过台架及整车试验验证。结果表明:当阀门补气速度等于燃油消耗速度时,油箱内负压维持在-1.43 kPa左右;该负压不会影响发动机正常工作,也不会导致油箱变形,理论值与实际值基本吻合,为柴油车型燃油箱负压补气功能的设计提供参考。
In view of the deformation and suction of the diesel fuel tank,the working principle of the diesel fuel tank was expounded from the two aspects of refueling process and driving process.Combined with theory and examples,the negative pressure air compensate function for diesel fuel tank was deeply analyzed,and it was verified by bench and vehicle tests.The results show that when the valve air compensate speed is equal to the fuel consumption speed,the negative pressure in the fuel tank is maintained at about-1.43 kPa.This negative pressure can not affect the normal operation of the engine and cause the deformation of the fuel tank.The theoretical value is basically consistent with the actual value,which provides a reference for the design of the negative pressure air compensate function of the fuel tank of diesel models.
