冷水机组用高效换热管传热及阻力特性试验研究

摘要 对离心式冷水机组用高效传热管进行单管强化传热试验研究,根据试验数据分析影响传热性能和阻力特性的关键因素。经分析得出:蒸发管的管外换热系数相比管内换热系数对综合传热性能的影响更大;随着热流密度的增大,传热管的综合传热系数也逐渐增大;管内阻力损失随着流速的增加而增大。 The enhanced heat transfer testing of high-efficiency heat transfer tube in centrifugal chiller was carried out,including having test data based to analyze key factors which affecting heat transfer performance and resistance characteristics.Analyzing the test data shows that,the heat transfer coefficient outside the tube has much more influence on the overall heat transfer performance than the heat transfer coefficient inside the tube.With the increase of the heat flux,the integrated heat transfer coefficient of the heat transfer pipe rises gradually and the drag loss in the tube increases with the flow velocity.
