摘要
采用水热反应在铝合金网上制备了锌铝类水滑石涂层,经过煅烧得到了锌尖晶石涂层。经过低能修饰后两种涂层均可获得超疏水/超亲油性能,能够实现对煤油、汽油、柴油、正庚烷、正己烷和环己烷与水的混合物的高效分离,在循环使用100次后,油水分离效率仍保持在95%以上,表现出优异的油水分离性能和循环使用性能。
In this paper,making use of hydrothermal reaction to prepare Zn-Al layered double hydroxide(LDH)coating on the aluminum alloy mesh was implemented,including obtaining a gahnite coating through calcinating Zn-Al LDH coating.Through low-energy modification,both coatings can obtain superhydrophobic and superoleophilic properties and realize efficient separation of the mixture of kerosene,gasoline,diesel,n-heptane,n-hexane and cyclohexane with water.After 100 times of recycling,the oil-water separation efficiency remained is above 95%and they show excellent oil-water separation performance and recycling performance.
