摘要
各压力容器标准关于外压计算长度的规则存在一些差异,对比了GB 150—2011、ASMEⅧ-1和EN 13445-3标准中筒-锥结构的外压计算长度,提出了一种合理可行的当量方法,改进了筒-锥结构外压计算长度的计算方法。有限元模拟计算表明:当锥壳的半锥角α<30°时,使用该当量方法计算得到的筒-锥结构外压计算长度是保守可行的。
The pressure vessel standards about external pressure calculation length differ.Through comparing external pressure calculation length of the cylindrical-conical shell stipulated in GB 150—2011,ASMEⅧ-1 and EN 13445-3,an equivalent method for cylindrical-conical shell was presented to improve the calculated length.Results show that,the calculated length for cylindrical-conical shell is feasible when taking half-coned angleα<30°.
