粉煤气化装置中磨煤机与循环风机利用气化副产蒸汽联合驱动方案

Research on the Combined Driving Scheme of Coal Mills and Circulating Fans Using Gasifier’s By-product Steam in Pulverized Coal Gasification Unit

摘要 介绍了现有粉煤气化装置中磨煤机与循环风机的应用情况;结合我国最新政策对于煤化工节能降耗的要求,针对粉煤气化装置磨煤机和循环风机能耗较高的问题,提出了利用气化炉副产蒸汽联合汽驱的方案,既可实现副产蒸汽的就近利用,又可实现节能降耗。最后对此方案进行了节能分析、经济性分析和可靠性分析。 Both pulverizer and circulating fan’s application in the existing pulverized coal gasification units was described.Through considering the latest policies for energy saving and consumption reduction in coal chemical industry and the high energy consumption of the pulverizer and circulating fan in the pulverized coal gasification units,the scheme of employing gasifier’s by-product steam which combined with steam driving was proposed to realize utilization of the by-product steam,the energy saving and consumption reduction.Finally,this scheme’s energy saving economic analysis and economic analysis and reliability analysis were carried out.
