摘要
患者,女,56岁,主因“间断头痛、头晕3 d”于2021年10月8日入院。患者3 d前无明显诱因突发左侧头痛,下蹲时症状加重,表现为“爆裂样”疼痛,伴恶心、呕吐,症状持续数小时。2 d前患者小便时再次出现头痛,发作时测血压170/100 mmHg。12 h前无明显诱因患者头痛症状再次发作,较前加重,伴恶心、呕吐,遂入院。患者既往体健,偶有偏头痛发作,无烟酒史,否认毒物接触史。
This paper reported a case of reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome secondary to migraine caused by patent foramen ovale, and reviewed the literature.
