摘要
结合设计,对吹风气装置运行情况进行热力平衡分析,旨在解决实际运行过程中出现的阻力高、烟道温度上升、蒸汽产量下降等一系列热效率下降的问题,提高吹风气装置经济效益和环保效益。
Thermal dynamic analysis was carried out on blow-air device in combination with engineering design to find a way to solve the problems of heat efficiency reducing during the operation,such as high resistance,temperature rising in the gas flue,and steam generation reducing,so as to enhance the economic and environmental profit of blow-air device.
