摘要
采用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,在两性表面活性剂(YCS)与阳离子表面活性剂TTAB的混合体系中,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为阴离子表面活化剂及戊二醛为交联剂,合成出壳聚糖@二氧化硅(CTS@SiO_(2))复合粒子。实验通过XRD,BET,SEM和IR等方法对复合粒子的形貌和结构进行了表征,同时研究不同质量比CTS@SiO_(2)pH及温度其对砷(Ⅲ)的吸附效果,并进行了等温吸附及动力学方程的拟合。结果表明,吸附量与CTS@SiO_(2)质量比呈正相关,在CTS@SiO_(2)质量比=1∶2时,吸附量最佳可达到15.6231 mg/g。整个吸附过程更符合Freundlich等温吸附模型和准二级动力学模型。
In this paper,tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)is used as raw material,and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate is used as anionic surfactant and glutaraldehyde in a mixed system of amphoteric surfactant(YCS)and cationic surfactant TTAB.As a cross-linking agent,chitosan@SiO_(2)(CTS@SiO_(2))composite particles were synthesized.The morphology and structure of the composite particles were characterized by XRD,BET,HSEM,and IR methods.The adsorption effect of different mass ratios of CTS@SiO_(2),pH and temperature on arsenic(Ⅲ)was also studied.Fitting of kinetic equations.The results show that the adsorption amount is positively correlated with the mass ratio of CTS@SiO_(2).When the mass ratio of CTS@SiO_(2)=1:2,the adsorption amount can reach 15.6231 mg/g optimally.The whole adsorption process is more in line with the Freundlich isotherm adsorption model and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
