摘要
文章建立一种可同时快速测定食糖和糖果中19种甜味剂、防腐剂、色素的高效液相色谱(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)检测方法,并对市售及网售食糖、糖果进行分析。样品经10%甲醇超声提取,乙酸锌、亚铁氰化钾沉淀等前处理后,以甲醇-20 mmol·L^(-1)乙酸铵为流动相,RD-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)色谱柱分析,采用二极管阵列检测器进行定性定量检测。结果显示19种添加剂在1~100μg·mL^(-1)范围内均呈良好的线性关系(R~2≥0.999),检出限为0.37 mg·kg^(-1)~0.70 mg·kg^(-1),定量限为1.23 mg·kg^(-1)~2.32 mg·kg^(-1),低、中、高3种加标水平下平均回收率为82.1%~109.5%,相对标准偏差为0.6%~4.2%。
An simultaneous and rapid method was developed for the determination of 19 kinds of preservatives,sweeteners and pigments in candies and sugar by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC),and analyzes commercially and online sugar and candy.The samples were pre-treated by ultrasonic extraction with 10%methanol,zinc acetate and potassium ferrocyanide precipitation.The chromatographic separation was carried on RD-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)column in gradient mode.The mobile phase was methanol-20 mmol·L^(-1)ammonium acetate,and determination at multiple wavelengths using a diode array detector.The 19 kinds of additives in food had a good linear relationship in the range of 1~100μg·mL^(-1)(R~2≥0.999),the detection limits ranged from 0.37 mg·kg^(-1)to 0.70 mg·kg^(-1),the quantification limits ranged from 1.23 mg·kg^(-1)to 2.32 mg·kg^(-1),and the recovery rate of 19 kinds of additives ranged from 82.1%to 109.5%.The relative standard deviations(RSD)were 0.6%to 4.2%.
