In the era of"Internet plus",with the rapid development of big data technology and the promotion of 5G network technology,data and knowledge show a geometric growth trend.As a digital immigration era,teachers need to keep pace with the society and promote the development of their professional knowledge and wisdom.Big data drives learning resources from"static"to"dynamic".Generative learning resources emerge at the historic moment and are gradually applied in the field of teacher professional development.Based on the background and theory driven by big data,this paper constructs the development model of teacher professional wisdom,and explores the implementation strategies of generative learning resources to promote teacher wisdom development.
